It’s a busy one for me — work meetings, book promotion, a teen to shuttle around, and through it all…laundry! I’m at the lucky stage where work from home is productive and my kids are older. I can appreciate how hard it might be for you in Canada and America with back-to-school routines happening (or not!). Or if you’re in shelter-in-place in Australia!
Oh, Covid, when will you ever leave us?
My go-to stress relief is walking, walking, walking. I’ve always loved it. After a running injury and some genetic problems, though, my feet have been hurting.
If you’re like me — painful foot probs — this can help. A lot!
Yoga Toes.
Ahhhhh….the relief. For me, it feels like someone has actually given me the kind of foot massage I want but never get.
Yoga Toes are hard to put on (pro tip: start with your little toes and work toward the big toe), but they stretch the front of my feet and offer so much relief. (It’s more about relief in the front of my foot than in my toes. Apparently it’s also good for plantar fasciitis…if you have this, you’ll know.)
